Missouri Motion Media Association
MOMMA’s mission is to provide its members opportunities for professional development, networking, vendor support, involvement in our community and community recognition.
MOMMA was officially incorporated as an association in the state of Missouri in April, 2007. The first board meeting (see “about MOMMA” – Board of Directors) was held in June, 2007.
MOMMA’s current goals are:
Increase membership (have you joined yet?) as there is strength in numbers!
Host the first annual Film Summit and Conference scheduled for February 26-27, 2009 in Columbia, MO
Strengthen the committee structure and begin chapter development.
Support the proposed increase in the tax credit, a statewide workforce development program and the stabilization of the film office budget.
Quantify Missouri’s motion media industry workforce and output.
